a. Plastic Injection
We possess 22 units of injection moulding machines ranging from 50 ton to 650 ton clamping force in order to handle big and small parts. List of our plastic injection machineries is on the left.
We are also equipped with cooling tower, chiller, material dryer / dehumidifier, mould temperature control units and material mixers.
We are experienced in the following various custom injection moulding:
| |
o |
insert moulding – inserting metal parts during plastic injection to combine two individual components into one single-piece components. This process usually increases product functionality and ease of assembly. |
| |
o |
over moulding – combining two various types of materials into one part. |
| |
o |
runnerless moulding – to increase efficiency and cost saving on material usage. |
| |
o |
chemical foam moulding – mixture of foaming agent into resin to improve appearance and reduce material usage. |
Our in house tooling workshop is able to provide mould maintenance periodically to your moulds during our possession to protect your investment.
We mould plastic from commodity thermoplastics to engineering plastics. Below are some materials used in our current production:
ABS, PA, PBT, PC, PE, POM, PMMA, PP, PS, PVC, TPE, TPU, glass filled materials and compounded materials.
