i. Product Development
We can assist you to bring your ideas into reality with the correct quality and at competitive price. We are able to provide recommendations to customers to make right decision on the investment on the tooling and competitive production cost. We are also able to assist to engage various types of prototyping services.
ii. Mould Design & Manufacturing
We work closely with our highly skilled mould makers to provide high quality moulds. No matter short run production tooling or hardened steel mould for high volume production, we are able to provide competitive prices on moulds to reduce your investment cost.
iii. Sourcing of Components
With many years of providing OEM services, we are strong in producing plastic parts with combination of material and parts. We have established connection of components sourcing for parts in various materials and production methods. We commonly incorporate components from metal die casting, metal extrusion, metal stamping, various types of hardware, rubber products during the assembly process to offer complete products to our customers.
iv. Packaging Services
We work closely with our packaging suppliers for packaging solutions. Consumer packaging in various materials to palletized packaging to ease unloading can be supplied upon request.
Majority of products manufacture are consumer and children products, toy parts and industrial components. Some examples of OEM projects and plastic parts we manufacture are shown on the left.

c. Vacuum Metalizing
We provide vacuum metalizing services to many different industries such as automotive industry, toy industry, and in many consumer product areas. We can metalize in many types of plastic as well as metal surfaces.
We are able to provide reflective finishes for flash and automotive lighting. In addition, we also use the process to enhance the appearance of large variety of applications such as chrome, metallic colour, gold and bronze finishes.
